Four Independent Units, One Private Complex
Palazzo Rocco is not a hotel and not a shared residence. It is a single historic building divided into four self-contained units, each with its own entrance, its own terrace, and its own character. Guests of one unit have no access to the spaces of the others, a level of privacy that is genuinely rare on the Amalfi Coast.
- Villa Sunshining in Love occupies the oldest section of the building, restored in 2015. Spread over two floors, it has four bedrooms including the Suite Royale with a Turkish bath, a dining room that seats up to 12, a fully equipped kitchen, and two solarium terraces shaded by a rare white bougainvillea with a heated Jacuzzi for 7 people. It sleeps up to 10 guests.
- Penthouse White Moon in Love sits at the highest point of the building. It has two bedrooms (the Gold and Silver rooms), a large sea view terrace with rattan seating, and an open-plan living and kitchen area. It accommodates up to 6 guests in a setting designed for quiet comfort and panoramic views.
- Villa Red Moon in Love is a single-floor villa for up to 4 guests, featuring a 150 sqm outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery, with sun loungers, a barbecue, and views of the Mediterranean. Compact, private, and ideal for couples or small families.
- The Golden Suite has one bedroom, a living and dining area with sofa bed for two adults, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a private terrace. The living room features a hand-painted gold vault. It accommodates up to 4 guests.

Palazzo Rocco is located at Via San Giovanni 40 in Praiano, about 100 metres from the town’s main square. The property is easily accessible on foot via a flat pedestrian street with no steps. Praiano is positioned between Positano (approximately 6 km) and Amalfi (approximately 8 km), in a quieter area of the Amalfi Coast known for its panoramic views.
The village has both east and west exposure, offering open views of the sea, with the Li Galli islands and Capri visible on the horizon. La Praia beach area, with restaurants and a diving centre, is 500 metres away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. From La Praia, daily ferries depart to Capri and along the Amalfi Coast.
